Other than the info on the cards, was there any other background on these guys? I had thought there was an article to coincide with the 2006 Becbunzen, but it was just an ad in a later Cry Havoc!.
The Goblin with the bear pelt has a goat on its shield, while the goat headed fighter has a boar emblem, but what does the one in the middle with the boar head have on its shield? I thought it a bear, but could it be another goat? Are the emblems on their shields supposed to be raised designs for easy painting or skinned faces of animals? I've seen someone painted it as the latter, with spots of blood around the edges and others painted it in drab earth colors. Anyone have any luck converting these three for variety and if so, any pics? It's a shame their swords and shields aren't separate, like those of the Klüne Militamen. Separate pelts would've been nice, like Becbunzen's 2nd figure, as I could different animals. I'm planning on adding 2 Klüne Militamen to the unit, one as a musician and the other as a standard bearer, as it's easier to convert them. Maybe swap out some of the Ströhm's swords with polearms - probably from the Bretonnian and Chaos Warrior sprues.
