There seem to be bits and pieces scattered around the web, with lots of the links left broken. A lot of the content was in the Cry Havocs.
There is an old Yahoo Group dedicated to Hybrid that was somewhat active back in the day (but nobody uses those anymore....). The catch: while it is a ghost town, all the old content is still hosted there (and it was pretty much EVERYTHING). The rub: you have to be added to the group by a mod of the group, and I'm pretty sure nobody checks the site anymore.
What I remember of the game was enjoyable. My biggest concern for today is that it is a 1v1 game, and that just doesn't fit well into my gaming culture like it might have 10-15 years ago. That is part of what I'm hoping to play around with from a homebrew standpoint....but I'm too focused on painting first to worry about gameplay.
