So finally I started with the long planned Acheron board and terrain. Pictures will be added later.
The style should be similar to my Acheron bases, that means very fine sand painted grey and black to resemble ashes, with some bones and skulls. Further, I want to add some magic symbols in form of rusted metal with my acheron-typical light green. Therefore, I created a huge magic circle for the centre, with some acheronian writings in it (Acheron, Mantis, Salauel). Every other of the remaining six houses will have a similar plate with the name of the house (Brisis, Lazarian, etc.) and the according demon for this house. Those I will put in the corners and at the middle line of the battlefield. In addition, I used bones, skulls and weapons to deploy them onto the battlefield as remainigs from former battles.
The first three CD terrain is also in the making: a pile of corpses with some extras, a magic circle with standing stones and a ruin.
I will do some more ruins, graveyards and some mountain/rocks, all covered with corpses and bones and stuff.
As I noticed with the Syharhalna board, the sand on the edges can damage the floor if you are not careful, so first I glued some wood lath onto the board.

Here the first WIP pictures: The Board To protect the edges and especially everything else that might be scratched because of the sand that I'll apply to the board, there are some laths. In the middle is a magic Circle with acheronian writings and in the corners the names of the houses and their demonic patrons. Sorry, it's a bit out of focus, but it's WIP. This castle was planned as a ruin, but during building I decided to make it functionable. There will be wooden wall walks (started to glue them on yesterday) and stones on the outside as well. I also made some gates and will attach them with leather stripes, so they could be opened or closed at will. Some CD Terrain Pile of bodies and stuff A magic circle where the magic energy is so strong, the obelisks had to be chained or they would just fly away. A ruin with a victim I intend to do some more CD pieces: another magic circle on raising stones with a pile of bodies, a blood fountain with magic gems, and a megalithic tomb. For the bigger pieces, I plan a graveyard (obviously) and a hill with some sort of rock grave. The colour scheme will be similar to my Acheron bases: ash like desert with remainigs of skeletons and rusty weapons, the inscriptions on the board shall be like rusted metal as well and the inscriptions itself in my typical Acheron green, sort of magical glowing.

The first one is finished and shows the style for the other stuff: ashes, rusted metal, bones and green writings.

Yeah, I always use them as base decoration for the superior skeletons to walk across them... Two more CD parts are finished. A small cliff/hill with a small magic circle and some corpses around. Various stuff and fun with corpses and skeletons.
