I've just stolen this idea from another board, but it was really cool and helped me motivating and delivering some painted work, so I want to try it with you guys as well.
Let's face it, time is a precious thing, especially with job, family, hobby, ... But at least 3 hobby-connected things per month should be possible, shouldn't it?
So, dear fellow painters, collectors and builders, I challenge you to do at least three hobby-related things per month. What things? You decide! You could glue some models together, build some terrain, paint some miniatures or just prime them. It's all about getting something done, no matter what it is.
If you want to join, please make a post with your plans for the month and at the end what you've done. You can make WIP-posts as well and of course comment on other member's plans and progress. Let's motivate ourselves a bit!

So, my plan for July are some Drunes, as I want to include them into my next Dogs of War company. I'll write some more about it in the DoW-section.

Ok, I'm in for July. I need some more motivation, but luckily I just recruited 2 new Confrontation players. Now I need to figure out what to do. I know for sure I will be building some unassembled models, but the real question is what to paint? Do I finish my Alahan line and paint Bards and Guardsmen or do I go Wolfen and try to get something besides the 500 points I currently have painted? It looks like the news recruits will be using those two armies for a while.

I got a bunch of Dawn Warriors I'm doing up for the Eadbanger 3 competition. I'm planning on doing freehand bases using the Illuminati motif. We'll see how it goes .

I'd like to join, but after I finish exams I'll have to finish a comission and then I'll go on an Erasmus exchange for a year, so I think I'll be unable to join you for this one.

Hi Folkz, I was away for a longer time since life kept me busy. This contest is a nice idea. I'm in for it. As this month is rather over I will varnish my finished 7 small terrain pieces. It's really not that much. After that I will make pictures of them for sure. Next month I want to start painting my GW Garden of Mor, which is essentially just a Fantasy Graveyard. I assembled Mors Garden, which took me the time from christmas to now. Damn I need spare time. Also next month I want to finish my 2 black sun miniatures terrain pieces ( Arch of Ivy, the Sentinel) that I work on. I loved the Sleepy Holow movie, that's why I wanted the Sentinal as a terrain piece. If I have the time next month, which will be after my exams, I will start to repaint my Confrontation Starterset Terrain Piece as well. A friend of mine had the Starterset collecting dust on his shelf, so he gave it to me as a gift. Sorry I forgot to put pictures in here and just found them on my computer. This is where I was when I wrote this post. 1) untreated hill from the starterbox 2) The build graveyard that should be painted over this month.

Well, sorry for the latter, but good luck with the exams and the comission. Where are you heading for Erasmus? Hi Folkz, I was away for a longer time since life kept me busy. Great to see you back then, and congratulations for the Terrain Set! Looking forward to see all that assembled and painted. As for my miniatures, I managed to get the first colours on them. Today was washing day, so it's been a productive weekend.

Well, sorry for the latter, but good luck with the exams and the comission. Where are you heading for Erasmus? Many thanks. I'll be in Sweden for a whole year. In the meantime I'm still buying some figures (Bran-O-Kor orcs mainly), assemblying them and magnetizing for when I have more time.

I decided to go with Alahan because I had much less prep work to get started. Just starting to get some paint on these models, but I injured my thumb, so I'm going to be slow at painting for a bit. Alahan Command ModelsAlahan GuardsEdit: Anyone know how to attach images from Google Photos? Nothing seems to be working for me.

My Drunes are done! gohkm: Looks cool, how is it going? danakil: So, enjoy Sweden then! Do you know already the exact location? agelmar: Sorry, I tried as well, but I don't know. Maybe this board-software doesn't support that?

Got the bases done up for my Dawn Warriors. Unfortunately, out of a squad of 10, I incurred 2 casualties - one from Rackham Ankle Syndrome, and another I broke the wrists hold his weapon. No idea how that even happened!
