Hi Folks! Got all distracted over the weekend and got back to a project I started a while back. This is Esh from the Dark Age range of minis. Lovely model and one that I hope I can do justice to. I'm thinking of adding some more coloured glazes to his robes. Maybe greens and browns to deepen the colour a bit. What do y'all think?

it sounds like to me that you have some understanding about how a color wheel works, more than it spins on an axis. Where exactly on this cloak do you envision the green needs to go to complement the purple? The first time I had a color wheel I just stared at it, twisted the inner wheel and I think I was trying to connect with some latent feminine side in me. The colors and the explanations for complementary combos of colors takes a while to sink into my head. The color wheel also taught me how to mix by showing exactly what the base color would look like with white/black or gray added

Thanks for the link to Paletton. That's a better color-palette site than the one's I've been using.
