Kelzeral list(3.0 version from tourneys including Montreal

This is a pretty nasty list, took it to 3 tourneys and had a first place and 2 2nds. WoA were kels bodyguards, and helped generate TF. Summon It's like mad with kel and keep moving with help of hydra god talisman. faster units like prowlers, clops and sentinels cause chaos and run up each side of the opponent and meet in the middle about the time kel gets there. Usually around turn 3-4 I'd use the talisman to double my tf and destroy my 2 nastiest opponents on the same turn.

kelzeral 3.5 list

For 3.5 I'll obviously be changing a fe things, not quite sure on all the miracles.

same tactics as before, but now the MoP is casting greedy doll on the clops and one prowler, once they get out of range he'll cast it on the scourge bearers until the prowlers and clops meet in the middle of the board. kelzeral is dropping damage spells and buffs while calling forth It's.

As xhatterx wants to start with Mid-Nor and Kelzaral, what are your opinions about the 3.5 list for him?

I, personally, like Kelzaral very much, both the model and his usefulness in the game.
With the list from above, Kelzaral would be surrounded by the Warriors of the Abyss for T.F. the and Scourge Bearers as heavier guard, while the Prowlers, Sentinels and the Cyclops are the fast and heavy hitters. The Master of Puppets for support and otherwise, Ira Tenebrae summoning like mad and striking with his attack miracles.
Sounds nice.
But what are your opinions?

Id love any info on some Kelzaral lists, thoughts, past games with or against him anything really.

Or if you wanna just tell me some other 3.5 Mid Nor options, that would also be kindly appreciated.

My basic thoughts about Kelzaral are pretty similar to the guide and Mid-Nor in general. You need some bodyguards for him, this could be either Warriors of the Abyss (they also generate TF, so that's a bonus) or summoned Ira Tenebrae, but they would be better in direct contact with the opponents. You can use a cheap warstaff for the additional DIS-dice and the warstaff-bonus, but I'm honestly not that convinced from this idea, but if you want to go that way, do it.
Further, you'll need something with power and or more MOV than dwarves usually have, so your options would be the Cyclops, Hydra Warriors, Prowlers, Sentinels and Scourge Bearers. A Cthonian Larvae is a powerful supporter and mighty creature, so that'll be a good option as well.
The weak points are ranged weapons (either ineffective or to much AP) and flyers (only the Gargoyles).
But with some artifacts like The Talisman of the Hydra God together with Demonic Claws, Kelzaral is really good. First, he can run and do miracles like a Warrior Priest. Second, he can double his TF once. Third, he can hit a target with STR=TF. With this combination, you can easily destroy your opponents heaviest hitter. You could further think about some other, minor things, like a consecration or one of the virtues mentioned in the rulebook.

I would totally go for the second List. Master of puppets with greedy doll puts the cyclops on a whole new level of spreading the pain.
Other then that the List brings a solid model count and enough speed to get to Mission targets.
Not much i could or would change and no need for a larvae there.
Save them for the infantry spam List.
